About THE Guardians

The ROC City Guardians are dedicated to honoring fallen First Responders and Military personnel through ceremonial bagpipe performances. Our volunteer band aims to serve the Greater Rochester, NY community with professionalism and respect. We also support local organizations by providing musical assistance at their events.
